CONTRACTED PROGRAM: The applicant acknowledges that failure to submit complete documentation or adhere to all eligibility requirements will result in the repayment of any remaining funds initially provided by the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County. This repayment, in full and by check, must be completed within 30 calendar days of receiving notification. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, the applicant consents to have the outstanding balance deducted from future School Readiness or VPK reimbursements until the debt is fully settled/satisfied.

NONCONTRACTED PROGRAM/INDIVIDUALS: The applicant acknowledges that failure to submit complete documentation or adhere to all eligibility requirements will result in the repayment of any remaining funds initially provided by the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County. This repayment, in full and by check must be completed within 30 calendar days of receiving notification. If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the applicant agrees that the unpaid debt may be reported to the Division of Early Learning in accordance with the Collection of Delinquent Accounts policy. This policy permits the debt to be forwarded to a debt collection agent.
