About Us

Our Mission & Vision

The neighborhood where a baby is born shouldn’t determine how safe, supported and successful they become.

That’s why the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County works to ensure all our community’s youngest children grow up to achieve anything they can imagine by providing the best possible early learning experiences and supporting the families and teachers who care for them.

Our Mission

The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County provides children, birth to 5 years, high quality, equitable and inclusive early learning experiences preparing them for success in school and life through the collaboration of families, educators, and the community.

Our Vision

A thriving community where every child has what they need to succeed from the moment they are born.
