PRESS RELEASE: EARLY LEARNING COALITION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY ANNOUNCES FINALISTS IN THE SEARCH FOR NEXT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
TAMPA, FL (Friday, October 7, 2022) – The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County (ELCHC) Board of Directors announced on September 9, 2022 the hiring of Christopher Gomez and Spirit Consulting to identify the next Chief Executive Officer.
During the October 17th Board Meeting, the board will interview the three finalists and proceed with a vote to fill the vacant position after former CEO, Gordon L. Gillette, retired in August. The candidates are:
Dr. Fred Hicks – SVP of Technology & Cybersecurity, Early Learning Coalition of Miami Dade
Eric Johnson – Director of Community & Government Relations, Hillsborough Community College
Chris Letsos – Family Well -Being Director, Florida Department of Children & Families
