Coalition Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Division of Early Learning (DEL) is in the process of implementing the Coalition Customer Satisfaction Survey as required by s. 1002.82 (3) F.S., and Rule 6M-9.120(3), F.A.C. 

All families receiving Child Care Resource and Referral services will be contacted to complete a voluntary survey to gage your customer service experience with our office. All responses are anonymous and confidential and will not affect your services.

We strive to give our community the best customer experience as possible and look forward to the new survey process to further improve the experience.
