IECP Services Liaison – The ELCHC is looking for administrative support to the Early Learning Coalition’s Professional Development and Provider Services Departments located at the Institute for Early Learning Professionals (IECP).   The position requires an individual who delivers a high level of customer service to ensure a positive relationship with all customers who can work independently, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and understands and can implement procedures and practices, and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in their work. Applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish.  This position is open until filled.

Finance Specialist – The ELCHC is seeking a finance specialist to assist with processing VPK provider payment and reporting requirements for the assigned program. This position requires an individual who can work independently, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, understand and implement procedures and practices, and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in their work. This position is open until filled.

Communications & Outreach Specialist – The ELCHC is seeking a dynamic individual to join its Communications & Outreach department.  This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the ELCHC outreach and communications efforts with the Director of Communication and Outreach, including but not limited to, event related promotion, online and email marketing/outreach, social media planning and implementation with a concentration on engagement.  This position is open until filled.

Professional Development Specialist (2) – The ELCHC is seeking two dynamic individuals to join our professional development team.  This position strengthens and enhances center-based and family child care home program quality through professional development supports including program assessment, technical assistance, training, and coaching. The Professional Development Specialist must have knowledge of child development and current research-based pedagogy, curriculum resources, program assessment, child assessment and reflective practice coaching strategies.  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.  Positions are open until filled.

Human Resource Manager – This position will be the sole individual responsible for performing HR-related duties on a full-time basis.  The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.  Applicants for this position must also complete and submit a Supplemental Questionnaire.
