The positions below are accepting applications for ELCHC:

Process/QA Analyst — Under the direct leadership of the Manager, MIS and Process Improvement, the Process/QA Analyst will perform process and data analysis with a goal of recommending and implementing process improvements across departments at the Coalition when requested. This role is integral to both identifying organizational trends and driving organizational efficiencies to support the contractual obligations and overall Coalition operations. Additionally, this role is also responsible for developing, maintaining and executing quality assurance testing of cross department application functionality that support the business processes and perform other data analytic support as required.

Reimbursement Specialist — The Reimbursement Specialist assists with processing Voluntary Pre-kindergarten (VPK) and School Readiness (SR) provider payments and reporting requirements for the assigned program, including data entry, processing of monthly attendance rosters, reconciliation of disbursements, and ensuring a timely response to provider payment related requests. This position works closely with all team members and childcare providers.

Quality Specialist — The Quality Specialist supports the Regional Area Manager and is responsible for assisting providers implement Quality Strategies according to the ELC’s School Readiness Coalition Plan and Office of Early Learning (OEL) requirements. This position will support providers with continuous quality improvement through quality strategies such as but not limited to coaching, technical assistance and training providers. This position provides valuable insight to the Regional Area Manager regarding regional issues, concerns and successes.
