Reimbursement Specialist — The Reimbursement Specialist assists with processing Voluntary Pre-kindergarten (VPK) and School Readiness (SR) provider payments and reporting requirements for the assigned program, including data entry, processing of monthly attendance rosters, reconciliation of disbursements, and ensuring a timely response to provider payment related requests. This position works closely with all team members and childcare providers.

Procurement Specialist — The Procurement Specialist serves as the organization’s representative for the Finance Department on procurement issues and procedures. This position purchases materials, equipment, supplies, and services using the purchase order system and related software in compliance with ELCHC purchasing policies and procedures. This position also assists with processing Voluntary Pre-kindergarten (VPK) and School Readiness (SR) provider payments and reporting requirements for the assigned program, including data entry, monthly attendance roster processing, disbursements reconciliation and ensuring a timely response to provider payment related requests.

Contract Specialist — The Contract Specialist supports the Regional Area Manager as a point of contact for providers, families and early learning community members of his/her assigned region. Responsible for ensuring provider contracts are executed according to Office of Early Learning (OEL) requirements and monitors providers for contract compliance. Also responsible for updating Child Care Resources & Referrals profiles (CCR&R) and assists with Tier 1 Monitoring.

Family Services Admin Support Temp (part time) — The Family Services Admin Support assists in obtaining information about families’ eligibility for the School Readiness Program and ensures documentation is verified, scanned and uploaded into the appropriate files. This position requires an individual who delivers a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and customer service, can work independently, communicate effectively in writing and verbally and understand and implement procedures and practices.
