The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County (ELCHC) posts jobs for employers seeking early education professionals in Hillsborough County. The ELCHC does not endorse or recommend employers and a job posting is not an endorsement or recommendation of an employer.
The ELCHC retains the right to refuse any job posting by any employer or organization. The ELCHC will not post jobs that appear to discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity of the presence of a non-job related medical condition or disability.
The ELCHC does not perform any type of background checks on individuals applying for posted positions. Employers are urged to perform due diligence when considering candidates by requesting references and additional information regarding qualifications and/or credentials.

Job submissions will only be accepted from early learning programs that are contracted with the ELCHC and/or listed in its CCR&R database.
After submission of a job posting for the ELCHC Early Educator’s Job Board, please allow up to 2-3 days for the position to appear on the web page. Postings remain active for approximately 30 days. All jobs are posted for 30 days regardless if the position is filled. After 30 days expires, employers may re-submit a position if there is still a vacancy.
