Preschool Teacher

We are hiring for full time and part time teachers!

Lead teachers must have a minimum of a CDA or AA in Early childhood. Teacher Aides must have at least started their 45 hours of Florida mandated training online. We are open Monday-Friday 6:30-6 and are searching for both full time and part time teachers. We are part of the TEACH scholarship program, so we can send you to school to earn your degree for free!

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (shifts vary)

Multiple full-time and part-time schedules available

What You’ll Do:

Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom aligned to our Christian values

Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons and activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Maintain daily routines, classroom organization, and positive behavior guidance

Communicate proactively with families and collaborate with teammates

Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance at all times

Qualifications:

Lead Teachers: CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education (minimum)

Teacher Aides/Assistants: Started the Florida 45‑hour mandated online training (or willing to start promptly)

Experience in early childhood settings preferred

Positive, dependable, and team‑oriented; strong communication skills

Commitment to our mission and Christian‑based approach
