Chantal Duncan comes to us from the Early Care and Education field with over 15+ years of experience. Chantal Has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Administration & Leadership from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She has worked for non-profit organizations such as The Salvation Army, Head Start, and Lutheran Services Florida. She has held various roles, ranging from being a Teacher, Child Care Director, Child Care Administrator, and Child Development Specialist. Chantal has always had a passion for children and families, and being from a large family herself, she values and understands the importance of relationships.
Chantal recently relocated to Florida from Rhode Island, where she held the position of Statewide Coordinator for Youth Success, providing oversight and monitoring for 8 Community Action Programs while working hand in hand with the Department of Human Services. She is also familiar with Child Care licensing in her previous while in Head Start.
In her spare time, Chantal enjoys spending time with her family, running 5k’s, writing poetry and children’s books. She published a children’s book entitled “I Said a Prayer Today.” She is also an avid baker and enjoys collecting sea shells.
