Annette Eberhart, a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in early childcare education, is the dedicated Owner and Director of Kidd’s R Us Family Childcare LLC. Beyond her role as a childcare provider, Annette is a passionate advocate for children in her community.
Under her leadership, Kidd’s R Us has achieved national accreditation status for the past 14 years, offering comprehensive childcare services to a diverse group of up to ten children daily, with the added convenience of 24-hour childcare availability.
Annette is deeply involved in the advancement of early childcare education, serving as a facilitator and trainer for the National Association for Family Childcare (NAFCC). In this capacity, she conducts NAFCC Obser Training and Quality Ambassador training sessions, emphasizing the importance of high-quality childcare practices and guiding educators towards accreditation. Annette also holds key roles within the NAFCC Accreditation Council, including Chair and Policy Committee Chair, where she helps develop and approve policies governing the accreditation system.
Moreover, Annette is an Accreditation Observer for NAFCC, using their quality standards to assess childcare programs. She further contributes to the field as the Professional Development Coordinator for the Florida Family Childcare Home Association, overseeing the planning and coordination of professional development events statewide.
In addition to her statewide involvement, Annette serves as Vice President of the Hillsborough County Childcare Home Association (HCCPA), providing steadfast support to the president and actively engaging in association duties.
Recognized for her expertise, Annette has been appointed to the Florida Interagency Coordinating Council for Infants and Toddlers (FICCIT), where she contributes to the review of the Early Steps Annual Report, ensuring the provision of early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities.

She graduated with honors from Florida Gateway College in 2022 with an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education-Leadership at Rasmussen University.
