The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County (ELCHC) employs a staff of professionals that are dedicated to the implementation of the ELCHC mission and vision and the overall well-being of the children and families of Hillsborough County. Coalition administrative offices are located within the Children's Board of Hillsborough County building in historic Ybor City.
