The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County (ELCHC) is a single-county coalition with its main office located in Tampa, Florida. The ELCHC is the third largest early learning coalition in the state of Florida in terms of the number of children served, service area, and funding levels. The ELCHC is governed by a 18 member Board of Directors as defined by the School Readiness Act. The ELCHC operates on a fiscal year that runs from July 1 to June 30 and currently oversees an operating budget of approximately $70 million dollars. If you are interested in volunteering your time to serve the children and families of Hillsborough County, please submit a Board Membership Application.
